I was in the market for a 10 year Anniversary ring upgrade in which I needed to make a deadline of about 10 days. Needless to say, my Diamond Consultant assisted me on which Diamonds were available as well as when I needed to order. Above this great customer experience, when I returned online the following day, I was assisted by Debi on if my diamond and setting will be available by my delivery date. Mind you, Debi not only made the customer experience great, but she happens to also be the Founder and CEO of Whiteflash. Not many businesses will have the Founder and CEO engage online with customers, and just her assisting us shoppers tells a lot of what this company is all about and the pride they take in making the buying experience that much more special. Needless to say, I made my order today. I have not yet received my order but I am 10000% sure that I chose the best company out there to make this special purchase of mine. Thank you for making this buying experience one of the best I've ever had.
