Jessica Biel Reveals Engagement Ring

If you were engaged to pop-star-turned-actor-turned-designer multi-hyphenate Justin Timberlake, wouldn’t you wave your engagement ring around for the world to see? But actress Jessica Biel, who has been reportedly engaged to Timberlake since Christmas, has been suspiciously camera-shy when it comes to showing off her diamond engagement ring for the press. At recent awards shows like the Golden Globes and SAG Awards, Biel dazzled the cameras with sparkling designer dresses, diamond earrings and necklaces and a megawatt smile—but no engagement ring. To cast even more suspicion on the alleged engagement, the Hollywood power couple is rarely photographed on the red carpet together.

However, our skepticism at the reality of this engagement may be premature. When Timberlake made a cameo appearance on Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago, he celebrated at the after party with fiancée Biel, and the two were allegedly quite cozy. Plus, sources say Biel was wearing a diamond engagement ring on her ring finger at the party, although the ring itself cannot be seen in photos.

Biel, 29, and Timberlake, 31, have been dating on and off for four years, and the SexyBack singer turned The Social Network actor has also been in high-profile relationships with actress Cameron Diaz, and most famously, pop star Britney Spears. Even at times during the past few years when Biel and Timberlake were not together (such as the time in 2010 when he reportedly dated pop star Rihanna), Timberlake always called Biel “the most important person in my life.” Now, the two are reportedly planning a summer wedding, which will put rumors that their relationship is not real to rest, once and for all. But given their history, is it any surprise that Biel would choose to keep her engagement ring (which is probably a dazzling diamond set in a beautiful engagement ring setting) a secret?
